Costin și Vlad Birou de Proiectare is a Cluj-based infrastructure design and technical consulting company, founded in 2016. We specialize in the design of all types of structures, roads, and hydraulic engineering works. We also contribute to the development and supervision of structural engineering and architectural projects, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
The Costin și Vlad Birou de Proiectare team consists of 30 colleagues — engineers and specialists from various fields — with an average age of 34. We combine solid professional experience with the energy and openness of a young team. Professionalism, rigor, and collaboration are the principles that guide us in every project.
Costin și Vlad Birou de Proiectare was founded by Costin Bogdan and Mihai Vlad, engineers with a combined experience of over 30 years.
