General Description
The project provides an easy road connection between Porțelanului, Nădășel, and A. Sahia streets through the construction of a new road bridge over the Someșul Mic River, located approximately 2 meters upstream from the existing bridge, which will remain dedicated to pedestrian and bicycle traffic. The bridge features two traffic lanes and sidewalks, integrating harmoniously into the existing infrastructure of the area.
Location
The site is located within the city limits of Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, on the banks of the Someșul Mic River, near the intersection of Porțelanului and Nădășel streets, in the Carbochim area, upstream of the existing bridge and approximately 400 meters downstream from the confluence of the Someșul Mic River with its left tributary, the Nadăș River. The area is part of the urban public space network, consisting of vehicular and pedestrian access routes as well as green spaces.
